Leadership has never been about titles or accomplishments for me. It’s about serving people, strengthening organizations, and helping others discover what’s possible. Throughout my career, I’ve been grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside educators, boards, donors, and ministry leaders as they pursue meaningful work and lasting impact.
What continues to inspire me most isn’t simply organizational growth. It’s seeing leaders gain confidence, communities come together, and mission-driven organizations flourish.
